Georgia Constantinou-Panayiotou is a leading international legal advisor with 23 years of legal experience across corporate, commercial, and regulatory law. As the Founding and Managing Partner of CONSTANTINOU PANAYIOTOU & CO LLC (GCP LAW), established in 2006, she oversees the firm's performance and global business development, focusing on high-value cross-border transactions, insolvency, sanctions compliance, and legal risk mitigation. She is a qualified lawyer (member of the Cyprus Bar Association), a licensed Insolvency Practitioner, and a Certified Risk Management Specialist in Russian Sanctions (CRMS-RS), trained by K2 Integrity. According to Legal 500: "Georgia Constantinou-Panayiotou leads a very experienced and highly motivated team, praised for its sound judgment." She specialises in Corporate & Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Contract Law, Trust & Fiduciary Services, International Private Law, Liquidations & Secured Corporate Finance, and AML Compliance & Regulatory Risk. She has held prominent leadership roles: elected Board Member and Spokesperson of the Cyprus Bar Association, member of the Advisory Board of the European Lawyers Foundation, and instructor in Commercial Law and Trust Law at the Law School of the European University Cyprus (2011–2015). She served as Shadow Minister for Transparency/Anti-Corruption, expert contributor to the Working Groups for the Cyprus Problem (2014), Secretary for Political Reforms, and a candidate for the European Parliament (2019).
