Spyros Vassiliou is a distinguished Cypriot lawyer, holder of a Law Degree (LLB) from City University London and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association. He is the Founder and Managing Director of the law firm Spyros Vassiliou & Associates LLC, established in 2016 and based in Nicosia. The firm serves multinational corporations, institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals in corporate and commercial law, banking and financial transactions, investment funds, trusts, and complex cross-border cases. Before establishing his own firm he served as Managing Director of a licensed Cypriot investment company of European interests, specialising in international corporate planning and investment structuring. With more than 15 years of experience, he served for many years as Vice President of Invest Cyprus and of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (CIFA), contributing to the strategy for attracting foreign investment. He is a founding member and Board member of the non-profit organisation Family Office Connect Cyprus (FOC). As a speaker he has represented Cyprus at international forums, including The Economist's Eastern Mediterranean Business Summit in New York. On a personal level, he is married and the father of two children.
